Abstract

This study examined Staff'Perceptions toward Hotel Organizational Career Management in Hangzhou city. Results of factor analysis indicate that hotel organizational career management can be demonstrated by four dimensions: fair promotion, paying attention to training, career self-cognitive and information transparency. Generally speaking, foreign-owned hotel has an advantage over the other two types of hotels in these four dimensions. And its organizational career management has more positive influence on Staff behavior
