Abstract
In this issue of Cancer Cell, Mumm etal. demonstrate that pegylated IL-10 increases CD8(+) Tcell numbers, IFN-γ secretion, and cytotoxicity in established tumors, enhancing antigen presentation machinery and suppressing tumor growth. This approach may enhance Tcell immune responses in cancers with reduced Tcell infiltration.
