Abstract

Sicher verpackt: Durch hoch effiziente Kupfer-katalysierte Klick-Reaktionen können virusähnliche Partikel mit funktionalisierten Poly(2-oxazolin)-Ketten bedeckt werden, wobei ein Aggregieren der Partikel vermieden wird. Die entstehenden Kern-Schale-Strukturen sind deutlich temperaturstabiler als die nativen Proteinpartikel.
