Abstract

The stability of the process of nanostructure formation during the electrohydrodynamic dispersion of metals with electron-beam heating has been studied. The main factors responsible for the process breakage are considered and conditions under which the passage to a stable setup operation regime does not lead to a decrease in the efficiency of nanoparticle formation are determined. It is established that the formation of nanoparticles in this regime is a quasi-stationary process, in which the particle flux appears as a constant background with pulsations of 50% amplitude.
