Durch grosseren Gehalt an Resthiston wird die Stabilitat von Desoxyribonucleinsaure gegenuber der thermischen Denaturierung in 0.0025M NaNO2 erhoht und die Zunahme des ntomaren Extinktionskoeffizienten ɛ(P) wahrend der Denaturierung verringert.
