Abstract

To first approximation, the SAGE data indicate that the solar neutrino flux is constant and displays a single-mode distribution. A more detailed analysis shows that the first two years of data (1990–1992) display a stronger scatter of the neutrino flux than do the following years. We discuss possible astronomical implications of this result.
