Abstract

In this paper, the complex-valued Cohen-Grossberg neural networks model with time-varying delays is considered. By employing the idea of vector Lyapunov function, M-matrix theory and inequality technique, a new sufficient condition is obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for the considered neural networks. The provided result generalizes a few previous known ones. An example with simulations is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
