Abstract

Under the self-weight, the internal fluid weight, the external environment, the submarine pipeline has the potential to be damaged. Aimed at the stability of submarine pipeline accident, the submarine hydrological and geological conditions are analyzed, by numerical simulation method, the characteristics of unburied pipeline without considering internal water pressure of the pipe and under wave loading are analyzed. According to the DNV specification, the maximum allowable span length of the submarine pipeline is determined from the equivalent stress of the pipeline, which is not more than the allowable stress of the material, and the safety evaluation of the submarine pipeline is carried out. The research results have certain reference value and practical significance in guiding the design and construction of pipeline
