Abstract
This fall, the 45th edition of the annual International Semiconductor Conference (CAS) took place from 12 to 14 October 2022 in Poiana Brasov, Romania. One of the oldest conferences in Europe, the CAS conference is constantly adjusting its topics in the new era of innovation and sustainable transformations. CAS 2022 takes place in a context when semiconductors are at the heart of many technological breakthroughs, and their key role and great potential in various fields are strongly emphasized at a European and worldwide level.
