In order to be able to excel in this competitive environment and to sustain this advantage, business managers develop strategies; in which they aim to bring the most talented personnel to carry out the strategies into operation. In addition to attracting talented people to the business, it is extremely important for businesses to retain these people and to make maximum use of them.
