Abstract
Recently Sr2Fe1+xMo1-xO6-δ (0<=x<=1) oxides have attracted considerable interest as electrodes for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). In this work, two compositions, Sr2Fe1.5Mo0.5O6-δ and Sr2Fe1.33Mo0.67O6-δ, have been studied as anodes for SOFCs using La0.8Sr0.2Ga0.87Mg0.13O3-δ (LSGM) as the electrolyte and the impact of Mo-content in these materials has been evaluated. Both compositions have shown reasonable cell performance and can be regarded as promising anode materials for SOFCs.
