Abstract

Geleitschutz: Squaramide sind exzellente Transmembrantransporter für Chlorid und Hydrogencarbonat mit besseren Wirksamkeiten als die Thioharnstoff- und Harnstoffanaloga. Untersuchungen deuten auf einen Mechanismus hin, bei dem das Squaramid als mobiler Träger das Anion (grüne Kugel im Schema) durch die Lipiddoppelschicht transportiert. Diese wirkstoffähnlichen Moleküle bieten einen Ansatzpunkt für die Entwicklung neuartiger Anionentransportsysteme.
