Abstract

Rf sputtering at elevated temperatures was employed to grow polycrystalline layers of InP on various substrates including silica, graphite, and crystalline CdS and InP. Grain sizes were generally less than one μm in diameter so that, as now made, these films are probably not suitable for solar cell applications.
