Abstract

The spread of the superionic protonic phase transition and of the associated conductivity jump in Cs 1- x M x HSO 4(M=Li, Rb) compounds has been studied by impedance spectroscopy. Results are discussed at the light of spectroscopic and calometric investigations. The evolution with thermal cycling is correlated with the possibility to reach a “glassy” state.
