Abstract
The purpose of the JOPA Roundtable discussion is to give orthopaedic physician assistants an insight on how each participating editorial board member treats certain clinical scenarios in their current practice. For this Sports Medicine Roundtable, editorial board members with expertise in sports medicine will discuss sport trends in 2022. Topics discussed will include lateral extra-articular tenodesis with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, return to play protocols after anterior cruciate reconstruction and Bankart repair, superior labral anterior-posterior repair vs. biceps tenodesis, orthobiologics for knee osteoarthritis, and point of care ultrasound for the diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions.
