Abstract

A clinical case of spinal liquor fistula on dural bend of nerve root at thoracic spine is described.Open microsurgical operation was performed, place of fistula location was sewn and glued up. After operation a considerable improvement was marked: disappearance of headache, complete regress of neurological symptoms.Spontaneous spinal liquor fistulas may cause intracranial hypotension. The optimal method of such patients treatment is open microsurgical liquor leak reparation.
