Abstract

Spontaneous idiopathic gastric perforation of the newborn is a rare clinical condition with a still serious prognosis. In the majority of cases requiring surgical management from simple suture to partial or total gastrectomy. This work aims to observe three cases of idiopathic gastric perforation in the neonatal period with a review.
