Abstract

Echocardiography showed ejection fraction of 61% with focal ventricular motion abnormality. Coronary angiography was performed. Severe compromise of blood flow in the left anterior descending artery was present. Subsequent optical coherence tomography examination revealed extensive coronary dissection of left anterior descending artery
