Abstract
The object of this case is to describe a cholecystocutaneous fistula in a 10-year-old dog, with an unusual localization. The dog presented a small, well-circumscribed subcutaneous mass culminating in a draining fistula adjacent to the umbilicus, of 2 months’ duration. Ultrasonography and computed tomography revealed a cholecystocutaneous fistula, originating from a ruptured gallbladder secondary to necrotizing cholecystitis; cholecystectomy was curative. Un cas de fistule biliaire externe spontanée de localisation originale chez une chienne de 10 ans est rapporté. Un granulome inflammatoire associé à un écoulement était visible sur la peau du chien en région abdominale depuis 2 mois. Les examens d’imagerie (échographie et scanner) ont mis en évidence une fistule d’origine biliaire, liée à une rupture de la vésicule biliaire secondaire à une cholécystite nécrosante et suppurée chronique. Une chirurgie de cholécystectomie et de lobectomie hépatique partielle, ainsi qu’une prise en charge médicochirurgicale de la péritonite, ont permis une guérison complète du chien.
