Abstract

Some computational algorithms are discussed for the solution of equations of nonstationary heat conduction in terms of the temperature-heat flux vector. In other words, a nonstationary problem is considered in a mixed formulation, and the spatial approximation is performed by the mixed finite-element method. For the vector equation of a grid heat flux, numerical analysis is carried out for several splitting schemes. The main attention is concentrated on the relative accuracy of the proposed schemes.
