Abstract

Spirituality is increasingly a topic of interest in America's workplaces. This article describes the impetus for deliberate inclusion of spirituality in worksite settings. Some existing spirituality initiatives used by employees and employers across America are highlighted and a four-component (convey, care, coach, and create) worksite spirituality leadership model, Spirituality@Work.Health, is presented for interested health educators who desire to become leaders in worksite spirituality.
