Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of spirituality on the personal growth of Muslim working women and the moderating role of family-supportive supervision. Data were collected from 154 working women through a self-administered survey. The analysis was conducted using SPSS PROCESS MACRO version 4.2 using model 1 for moderation analysis. Our findings reveal a positive association between spirituality and the respondents' personal growth. Furthermore, family-supportive supervision significantly moderated this relationship, with higher levels of personal growth observed under greater family-supportive supervision. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of spirituality's role in the personal development of working women and underscores the importance of family-supportive supervision in promoting personal growth within this population.
