Abstract
The article is devoted to the procedural framework, socio temporal and spatial specificity of spin-off technology Scenario as the mobilization of political supporters and consumers. In the article the author explores the way technological content of the blockbuster and the process of its propagation in the advertising and political spheres. The study examines the use of the success of the blockbuster, as virtual events, to such modifications as the prequel, the sequel to the dominance of temporal modality; sadstory, midqual, interqual as the displacement of the center of the events or linking centers. Theatricality as imaging technology political and economic events becomes the basis for the implementation of spin-off technologies, not only in the mimesis, the creative imitation within the entertainment industry, but also in political and economic spheres.

Сценарне мистецтво дослідження політичних процесів часто-густо наслідує за аналогією характеристики з системи комерційних блокбастерів касових фільмів, поп-культура визначається процесами пертайлінга та мігрує в суміжні, граничні і транскордонні області. Спін-офф-технології сценарування в мобілізації споживачів і політичних прихильників Проблемна ситуація зводиться до можливості та тенденцій дослідження використання технологій сценарування їх просторової та часової визначеності в мобілізації споживачів і політичних прихильників, як у глобальних політичних та економічних процесах, так і у масштабуванні та розповсюджені їх в інших країнах, в процесах формування зв’язаного інформаційного суспільства.
