Abstract

A22-years-old female presented with low back pain radiating to the left lower extremity in addition to significant left lower extremity muscle weakness. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the lumbar spine revealed an oval-shaped, smooth, moderately enhancing intramedullary mass lesion at the level of D11/D12 (Figures 1 and 2).
