Abstract

Pure hereditary spastic paraparesis (HSP) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by corticospinal pathway impairment leading to progressive lower limb weakness and spasticity. The pathophysiological role of spinal excitability and plasticity in HSP is currently unknown. This study aims to investigate spinal excitability and plasticity in HSP.
