Abstract

Based on a macroscopic theory in which the spin-dependent interface scattering and the bulk scattering are included, the transport properties in systems of cylindrical magnetic granules are investigated analytically. It is shown that the giant magnetoresistance as well as the resistivities of these systems depend strongly on the size of the granules.
