Abstract

We describe a case of an unusual lateral congenital abdominal wall hernia. This male patient was born with a constellation of anomalies including a Spigelian-like left lower quadrant abdominal wall hernia, right tibial hemimelia, left hip dysplasia with dislocation, cleft palate and cryptorchidism. At three months of age, the patient underwent a diagnostic laparoscopy, right inguinal hernia repair, left lower quadrant abdominal wall hernia repair, and bilateral orchiopexy to manage these defects.
