Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to construct spherical thin-shellwormhole solutions through cut and paste technique and investigatethe stability of these solutions in the vicinity of modifiedChaplygin gas. The Darmois-Israel formalism is used to formulate thestresses of the surface concentrating the exotic matter. We explorethe stability of the wormhole solutions by using the standardpotential method. We conclude that there exist more stable as wellas unstable solutions than the previous study with generalizedChaplygin gas [19].
