Abstract

This paper is the second part of the considerations concerning the application of the spherical tensor formalism to the perturbation treatment of long-range interactions in a collection of N arbitrary molecules. In the present work we demonstrate the results of the use of the algebra of spherical tensors to all pairwise additive as well as pairwise non-additive categories of the anisotropic dispersion interactions between N molecules which occur in the first three orders of perturbation theory. The orientational dependence which occurs in the closed formulas for various kinds of dispersion interaction energies demonstrated in this work, is pushed to its limits.
