Abstract
The Geophysical center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (GC RAS) develops a method for visualizing geospatial data, based on spherical technologies. A series of lectures on Earth sciences for students of secondary schools was developed. The lectures are based on the use of innovative equipment, which has no equivalents in Russia and an interactive software and hardware complex with a spherical projection screen, developed at GC RAS. The use of this equipment significantly enhances the perception of the educational material, increases its visibility and informativeness, bringing the educational process to a qualitatively new level. In addition, the lectures are held in an interactive form with full contact and feedback from the students. Based on the results of the events held in Moscow and Moscow region schools for pupils from the first to the eleventh grade, the equally good assimilation of the material by schoolchildren of different ages was proved.
