Abstract

The possibilities for speeding up the tag identification phase within OSK RFID protocol are analyzed in this paper. The basic identification scheme is presented first, and then impoved tag identification using TMTO approach. Balancing between time and memory requirements is achieved by chaining technique and preparation procedure for the purpose of identification. The paper also proposes improvement of the chaining technique by employing an additional TMTO level based on a table of equidistant states generated in the preparation phase.
