Abstract

The difficulties of pronouncing the Arabic language sounds are one of the biggest and most complex learning problems that the learners of the Arabic language suffer from to non-native speakers of Mali. These difficulties appear in the case of the individual production of Arabic linguistic sounds when teaching because they do not master the articulation of the sounds This study aims to clarify the phonetic problems facing Arabic language learners in Mali during their study of the Arabic language, to identify their causes, and the impact of the mother tongue phonetic on the indoctrination of Arabic linguistic sounds for nonnative speakers. It also seeks to provide appropriate approaches to teaching linguistic sounds. Based on the theory of contrastive analysis and teaching the types of exercises that help the learner to pronounce sounds correctly, using modern techniques.
