Abstract

Cavity microwave resonators are the most known physical modeling apps of microwave billiard system depending of its geometry and dielectric filling. In this paper we apply finite difference time domain (FDTD) method to study properties of frequency spectrum of the microwave spherical 3-D resonator. We obtained probability distribution of inter-frequency intervals and spectral rigidity using frequency resonator spectrum. These dependences practically coincide with Poisson distribution that corresponds to integrable systems.
