Abstract

AbstractThe use of the t–J model of Cu–O planes and projection operator technique for the Hubbard operators allows us to take proper account of strong electron correlations inherent in cuprate high‐Tc superconductors. A number of unusual properties of cuprates can be reproduced in this approach. Among them are the peculiarities of the temperature and concentration dependencies of the spin‐lattice relaxation and spin‐echo decay rates, the resonance peak and the incommensurate low‐frequency magnetic response in neutron scattering.
