Abstract
Foreign body in the ear in adults mostly consists of animate objects. However, sometimes isolated cases of weird objects are reported in literature. A case is being reported where the patient had used a piece of spectacle frame for scratching the ear to relieve itching and it got lodged in the medial end of the external auditory canal.
