Abstract
Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, boasts a number of interesting tunnel constructions. The article mentions the development of tunnelling methods and why TBM has not yet been used in Prague. The authors of the article describe their experience gained in the design and realization of recent large tunnel constructions on the territory of Prague.
