Abstract
Results obtained from inhibition Prausnitz-Küstner (P.-K.) tests in a healthy person provide strong evidence of a similarity in biological activity between myeloma-IgND and human reagin (to horsedandruff allergen). These findings are believed to mark an important turning-point in the elucidation of the mechanism of immediate hypersensitivity reactions.
