Abstract
Specific immunological tear protein analysis in patients with keratoconus and dry eye disease This study involves the analysis of immunological tears proteins (sIgA, MMP-1, TNF-a) in patients with dry eye disease and keratoconus. sIgA and MMP-1 were significantly decreased in KC. sIgA decrease and TNF-α increase significantly in DED.
