Abstract
Abstract The newly synthesized alkali metal iron antimonides with a filled skutterudite structure NaFe 4 Sb 12 and KFe 4 Sb 12 together with the known BaFe 4 Sb 12 have been investigated by means of specific heat and AC susceptibility measurements. The alkali metal samples exhibit ferromagnetism below 85 K and also show additional magnetic anomaly at 40 K.
