Abstract

The article studies a problem, which has not previously been explored in the Russian legal science and it relates to the specific features of legal protection of intellectual property items in transboundary movement in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). It evaluates the process and prospects for the development of a common intellectual property market within the EAEU, highlights the features and problems arising in the process of declaring and controlling intellectual property items in export and import operations, and the difficulty of determining the amount of customs payment. The conclusions define promising trends of legislative development in the field of intellectual property protection in transboundary movement.
