Abstract

The nonstandard effect of deterministic rotational motions in magnetic nanomaterials and liquids on the formation of the magnetic and quadrupole hyperfine structures, as well as the general approach to the inclusion of these processes in the formalism for description of Mossbauer spectra and time-dependent spectra of nuclear resonance scattering under the conditions of continuous relaxation process involving diffusion and precession are considered.
