Abstract
The zona pellucida of murine ovum is composed of three sulfatel glycoproteins designated as ZP1, ZP2 and ZP3.During oogenesis these three glycoproteins are coordinately synthesized and secreted to form zona pellucida.Among them ZP3 has been operated as a sperm receptor and acrosomal reaction inducer.
