Abstract

Tachyarrhythmias may have variable presentations in infancy. We describe four cases of tachyarrhythmias that had an atypical course, presented a diagnostic challenge, or warranted specific management considerations. The cases highlight the need for close supervision and individualized treatment, which may vary from timely aggressive management to a cautious approach or, in some cases, watchful expectancy.
