Abstract
This paper consists of two parts. In the first part we introduce a suitable class of weighted Sobolev spaces denoted withUsr. Imbedding, density and trace theorems have been proved. The second part is concerned with elliptic boundary value problems in a bounded plane domain with angular points. We prove that the problem within the Sobolev spaces is index type.
