Abstract

According to the unique characteristics of each stage of the public opinion evolution of the "double micro" public opinion in emergencies, we can analyze the continuous development of the "double micro" public opinion event and provide a strong scientific basis for decision-making and analysis of public opinion. A relatively large public health emergency occurred in the recent stage as the research object, and the SEIR model was effectively combined to integrate the time dimension into the "double micro" text analysis, mainly through the time series of the "double micro" public opinion evolution spatiotemporal analysis method, Finally, through the countermeasures of online public opinion governance, it provides experience and reference for the "double micro" public opinion evolution spatiotemporal analysis of subsequent public health emergencies.
