Abstract

The spatial distribution of the ground beetle Pterostichus adstrictus Eschscholtz, 1823 in the Komsomolsky Nature Reserve on five forest permanent sample plots in 2017–2019 are examined. It is shown that the species in this protected area implements a one-year monovoltine life cycle with a spring-summer type of reproduction and imaginal diapause in winter.
