Abstract

A spatio-temporal data organization, updating, and analysis method of bathymetric data based on a multi-level grid is proposed to address problems encountered in the preventive maintenance of waterways, such as difficulties in organizing massive bathymetric data and insufficient analysis means. The correlation between spatial objects, distribution characteristics and temporal information of discrete bathymetric points is established by designing a spatiotemporal data model, which solves the problems of weak cohesion and poor correlation of bathymetric data, using the data model realizes the spatio-temporal data query method with multi-mode combination. The spatio-temporal analysis method and application process of waterway bathymetry data are designed and combined with typical application scenarios in preventive maintenance. The experimental results show that the method can improve the query and analysis efficiency of the waterway bathymetry data.
