İspanyada Endülüs Mirası Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

According to the traditional Islamic perception from the history of Islam to the present, the lands of Spain, Portugal and Southern France (Iberian Peninsula or Iberia) are still Al-Andalus. Therefore, the human and cultural presence in these countries is an important and worthwhile issue for all Muslim peoples in the world. This study is the evaluation of a scientific Andalusian cultural property field study. Its aim is to draw attention to Al-Andalus, which has been the homeland of us Muslims for centuries and the material-spiritual cultural heritage that has survived from the civilization built there. Andalusian cultural assets in Spain, the subject of this study, will soon be published as a book thanks to the realization of the field research project prepared and carried out by us. The book is the product of a five-year research process, the most important part which is undoubtedly that it is based on on-site research. Because, information about both Andalusian cultural assets and partly Muslims today was reached through field studies rather than library work. Our field work took place in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2019. Except for the north strip of Spain and the north-west region, we have personally visited almost all cities and have made on-site determinations and provided information and photographs.
