Abstract

This paper is an approach and exploration of the theory outlined by Wittgenstein from his Philosophical Investigations as anchor and start new ways of theorizing the relationship between technical and political artifacts from the notions of use as Wittgenstanians practice and monitoring rules that have been collectivized from pooling within a given speech community . Also, following the contributions Langdon Winner the author provides in the Article Do Artifacts Have Politics?” This approach will be developed from the following question: How technical applications according to rules determined occur within a linguistic community or lifestyle?
