Abstract
The matrix calbe can effectively realize lightweight and high reliability of spacecraft cable network. This paper focus on the assembly process of matrix cable which has multi-line characteristics, introduce the assembly process and related parameters. The result was verified by appearance inspection, tensile test, voltage drop test and metallographic experiment. Make sure that the assemble process of the cable is high quality and reliability.
